About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Research & Lead Generation Executive who enjoys digging into data, researching companies, finding the right decision-makers, and turning raw information into sales-ready opportunities.
You'll work closely with the sales team and become the person behind the scenes who helps answer:
"Who should we reach out to, and why?"

What You'll Do
? Research and identify potential B2B prospects based on our target customer profile.
? Use Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and other tools to discover relevant companies and decision-makers.




? Identify the right contacts based on industry, company size, designation, geography and other criteria.
? Work with large datasets to filter, clean, organise and segment prospect information.
✉️ Collect and validate key details such as name, designation, company, email and LinkedIn profile.
? Remove duplicate, irrelevant or inaccurate data.
? Maintain organised and accurate lead databases in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
? Provide the sales team with high-quality, relevant prospects for cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
? Support account and market research for specific sales campaigns.

What We're Looking For
6 months–1 year of experience in lead generation, sales research, data research or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Apollo, Lusha and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
Comfortable working with large datasets.
Good understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification.
Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills.
