Role Overview

DXFactor is looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience working in an IT services or product-based company. The ideal candidate should have experience interacting with clients, understanding business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and coordinating with development and cross-functional teams.
The candidate should be able to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support the project throughout its development and delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Conduct requirement-gathering and requirement-elicitation sessions through meetings, interviews, workshops,



and discussions.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into explicit functional and technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
User stories
Use cases
Process flows
Acceptance criteria
Meeting notes and requirement traceability documents
Coordinate with development, design, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, review meetings, demonstrations, and project status discussions.
Manage and track requirements, tasks, user stories, and project updates using tools such as Jira or similar project management platforms.
