Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager – Karnataka will support regional sales growth for Rayzon Solar’s solar modules and solutions in the Karnataka market, with a primary base in Bengaluru. This is a full-time hybrid role, combining on-site client visits, distributor and partner meetings, and internal office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, and supporting negotiations to achieve sales targets. The role involves preparing sales plans and forecasts, tracking market trends and competitor activities, coordinating with marketing and technical teams to deliver product presentations, and ensuring accurate reporting in the CRM and internal systems.
