Role Description This is a full time, on-site Membership Consultant role based in Gurugram. The Membership Consultant will engage prospective members through walk-ins, inquiries, and outreach, explaining membership options, facilities, and services in a transparent and supportive manner.



Daily responsibilities include conducting gym tours, handling membership sign-ups, processing renewals, and maintaining accurate member records. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, responding to member questions or concerns, and supporting retention initiatives. The Membership Consultant will collaborate with the club team on local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and community events to drive membership growth and enhance the overall member experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience with consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing memberships.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation abilities during gym tours and member interactions.
