Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The role involves maintaining HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating performance management activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The individual will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, organizing engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will also collaborate with management on workforce planning, HR reporting, and process improvements to align people practices with organizational goals.
