The RSK Group is a dynamic, multidisciplinary environmental consultancy and have a unique opportunity for Senior Process Engineer with experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment systems.

We are expending our New Engineering Centre in Gurugram and are looking for Senior Process Engineer to work on a range of technically challenging projects to deliver engineering solutions ranging from concept design through to detailed design for construction.

Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our Gurugram team, playing a key leadership role in delivering sustainable, innovative water infrastructure engineering.

Your Purpose:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead the technical delivery of process design on major water infrastructure projects. You will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and innovative solutions are provided across the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead and coordinate process engineering activities across a portfolio of water infrastructure projects
• Ensure all process design outputs (mass balances, hydraulic profiles, P&IDs;, process flow diagrams) meet technical, quality, and safety standards
• Review and approve technical documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to support efficient project delivery
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, promoting professional development and high standards of engineering practice
• Ensure process designs comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards, including DSEAR requirements
