We are hiring a Business & Partnerships Lead - Founder’s Office for a fast-growing fitness and wellness brand in Mumbai. This is not a conventional sales, marketing, or partnerships role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, moves fast, communicates exceptionally well, and is comfortable working across growth, business development, partnerships, marketing, strategy, AI, and new initiatives. You should be someone who enjoys building from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, creating opportunities, and taking an idea from 0 to 1 without waiting for detailed instructions. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on some of the most significant growth initiatives for the business.

About the Role

Drive business growth, revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Identify and build partnerships with brands, corporates, communities, creators, fitness professionals and ecosystem partners
Own outreach, conversations,



negotiations and relationship management with potential partners and clients
Work on new business opportunities and take them from idea to execution
Support brand growth through collaborations, activations, campaigns and creative initiatives
Build and manage a solid pipeline of partnerships and commercial opportunities
Work closely with marketing, sales, operations and creative teams to execute growth initiatives
Identify new customer acquisition channels and experiment with unconventional growth ideas
Use AI tools, automation and modern workflows to improve productivity, research, outreach and execution
Work on high-priority projects directly with the founder
Track outcomes, analyse what is working and continuously improve execution
Take complete ownership of projects rather than simply coordinating them

Qualifications

You could come from Founder’s Office, Business Development, Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Strategy or a generalist start
