You will oversee the entire quality engineering function with a robust emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This role requires a proactive approach to managing testing activities, ensuring that solutions meet high standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and quality improvement.
Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and techniques to enhance efficiency.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Monitor and report on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Salesforce environments.
Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance
