About the Role:
We are looking for a high-caliber entrepreneurial operator to work directly with the founders as part of the Founder’s Office. This role is designed for someone who has built, operated, or scaled a business before and understands what it takes to move from an idea to execution. Prior founder/co-founder experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic, growth, and operational initiatives.
Identify, evaluate, and build new business opportunities, categories, products, channels, and revenue streams.




Own initiatives end-to-end — from identifying an opportunity and developing the business case to execution, launch, optimization, and scale.
Drive strategic projects across growth, marketing, sales, product, operations, supply chain, finance, technology, and customer experience.
Analyze business performance, customer behavior, sales trends, unit economics, cohorts, and market data to identify opportunities and problems.
Develop business plans, financial models, go-to-market strategies, and execution roadmaps for new initiatives.
Work closely with functional leaders to ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable execution.
Identify bottlenecks and build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms to improve organizational efficiency.
Evaluate competitors, emerging categories, consumer trends, and changing market dynamics.
Support expansion into new geographies, channels, and international markets.
