Job Description
We are looking for an Architect who can independently handle architectural design, planning, drawings and coordination from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, space planning and layouts.
Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings.
Create 3D models and visual presentations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution.
Prepare design revisions, material specifications and project documentation.




Coordinate architectural requirements with structural and MEP teams.
Requirements
B.Arch with 2+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Good understanding of architectural planning, construction detailing and site execution.
Robust design, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle projects from design to execution.
