Role & responsibilities
Drive and manage the technology & product roadmap planning and processes.
Constantly lookout for innovation and lead strategic planning and drive development initiatives.
Accountable for developing applications, solutions, frameworks / tools / accelerators with superior technical mastery in Warehouse Management products / tools.
Conceptualize, analyse,



create blueprint for business transformations and present solutions.
Proactively research, evaluate, prototype and recommend right technology platforms & solutions to various clients to achieve business goals.
Attend conferences to be up to date of technology standards and emerging technologies trends.
Conduct Webinars showcasing technology capabilities.
Setup COE Warehouse Management with standards, industry proven best practices and development methodologies.
Contribute to Whitepapers, Blogs and encourage team members to participate.
Lead the Presales activities from offshore for the recent opportunities & proposals working with various internal stakeholders (Sales, Account & Delivery anchors)
Manage multiple technology teams.
Mentor the next level technology leaders of the practice.
Work with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely fulfilment of technical resource needs.
