Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and build a strong pipeline for social media marketing and digital services. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients (in-person and virtually), understanding their marketing needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals,



and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery. The Sales Executive will track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report on performance against targets.
Qualifications
Solid skills in prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling for marketing and advertising services.
Ability to understand and communicate core concepts of social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, branding, and digital advertising to clients.
Competence in relationship management, client communication, and presentation, including preparing and delivering sales pitches and proposals.
Experience with sales pipeline management, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
