Overall Purpose of The Job

This role will sit within our newly forming Finance Data & Analytics function, with the long-term ambition of building a self-sufficient team capable of owning and delivering end-to-end finance data solutions.



A key part of this role will be to influence and guide data development through collaboration and well-defined specifications, working within a governance framework designed to evolve over time.
Over time, as the Finance Data & Analytics team grows and governance structures mature, we expect the Data Analysts to assume greater ownership of the end-to-end data model and reporting lifecycle within the Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

Data Analysis & Insights

Produce high-quality financial and operational analysis for Group and business units, including trends, variances, performance insights, and KPI monitoring.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop and automate recurring insight reports to improve efficiency and ensure consistent access to reliable information.
