Role Description The Customer Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with prospective students and families, understanding their study-abroad goals, and recommending suitable programs and destinations to meet their needs. The specialist will conduct consultations, explain services, manage inquiries, and follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed enrollments.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams on applications and documentation, and supporting students throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes participating in training sessions, education fairs, and outreach activities to drive awareness and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and explain complex processes clearly.
Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing, preferably in education or service-based industries.
Analytical Skills to assess student profiles, interpret data, and recommend appropriate programs and destinations.
Experience in Training or mentoring, with the ability to educate students and families about overseas education pathways and procedures.
