Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Dehradun.



The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote Nextep Solution’s platform and services across various digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media profiles, creating and optimizing web content, tracking and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, and supporting lead generation initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying trends and insights to improve digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Executive will also assist in preparing reports, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing ideas for growth-focused marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience planning and executing digital campaigns.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
