About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and inbound lead engagement.
• Research target accounts and build prospect lists.
• Engage prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Present QuestionPro’s solutions at a high level and create interest among prospects.
• Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.




• Achieve lead generation, activity, and revenue contribution targets.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (SaaS experience preferred)
Solid Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing a structured outreach process and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development, including prospecting, researching accounts, and identifying decision-makers.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools, along with a basic understanding of B2B SaaS or technology products.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division.
Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in a sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing role is preferred but not strictly required.
