Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with experience in high-growth startups or technology-driven organizations. Candidates with backgrounds in category management, supply chain, logistics, last-mile delivery, or marketplace operations will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical and execution skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build scalable processes while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day business operations across multiple teams.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Track and improve key operational metrics, including CSAT, SLA adherence, response time, resolution time, and customer retention.
Oversee end-to-end client onboarding and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Finance, PRO, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
Monitor operational SLAs and maintain high service quality standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve turnaround times.
Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage resource planning and workload allocation across teams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and performance updates for leadership.
