We are looking for a Data Scientist – GenAI with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions, building RAG pipelines, working with LLMs, and applying machine learning and NLP techniques to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
Develop RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.
Design and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and business requirements.
Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Hugging Face, or similar LLM platforms.
Apply ML, NLP, and deep learning techniques to real-world business problems.
Work with embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.
Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, latency, and overall response quality.




Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation, and performance optimization.
Develop APIs and services to integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
Take GenAI solutions from POC to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Robust Python programming
Machine Learning – hands-on experience with model development and evaluation
Generative AI / LLMs
RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation
Prompt Engineering
NLP / Transformer concepts
LLM APIs such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini / Claude
Embeddings and semantic search
Hands-on experience with at least one Vector Database – Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, etc.
Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
Experience evaluating and optimizing LLM/RAG applications
