Role Description This is a full time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for higher education and test-prep programs. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and assessments, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to support improvement.



The role involves collaborating with academic teams to refine curriculum, updating content to reflect current exam patterns and industry expectations, and using varied teaching methods to address different learning styles. The trainer will also participate in doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and periodic academic reviews to enhance learner outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Proficiency in verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and test-taking strategies.
Effective classroom management, instructional design, and presentation skills to deliver interactive sessions.
