Role Description The Field Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hardoi.



This role involves planning and executing local marketing campaigns to promote Navya Curemedics’ healthcare services, with a focus on rural outreach and community engagement. The Field Marketing Executive will coordinate with clinics and partner organizations, organize health camps and awareness events, manage distribution of marketing materials, and support digital and on-ground promotional activities. Daily tasks include identifying local opportunities, building relationships with community stakeholders, tracking campaign performance, and providing feedback to the marketing and operations teams. The role requires frequent field visits, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to advancing rural health.
Qualifications
Solid field marketing, community outreach, and event coordination skills, with experience in executing on-ground campaigns.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles, branding, and promotional activities, preferably in healthcare or social impact sectors.
