We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with solid experience in IT services sales, inside sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities.
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and discovery calls to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through freelance platforms and prepare customized proposals.
Conduct client discussions, understand requirements, and present suitable IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.




Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow up with clients for payment and revenue realization when required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, lead generation, and revenue targets.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT Services Sales.
Proven experience in selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software, AI/ML, SaaS, or other IT services.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, Freelancer, CRM tools, and outbound sales.
Experience in proposal writing, bidding, client communication, negotiation, and deal closure.
Experience working with international clients and markets is preferred.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
