Hiring – Site Engineer | Bengaluru
Kham Design is hiring ?️
We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in residential or building construction to join our team in Bengaluru.

What you’ll do
Manage and monitor day-to-day site execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Visit project sites regularly and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
Read architectural and structural drawings and prepare quantity take-offs.
Measure completed work and prepare and verify contractor bills.
Assist with BOQs, rate analysis, quantity tracking, and cost estimation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
Monitor work quality and project progress and share regular site updates.
Maintain site measurements, material records, work records, and progress reports.

What we’re looking for
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering




1–2 years of relevant experience in residential/building construction
Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, quantities, and site measurements
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Bengaluru.
