Location Work site in and around Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Dahej

Context

RCM shall head the site execution team and will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed successfully within time and budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Strong multidisciplinary execution, project management, man management and cost control skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
· Lead project execution at site including planning, mobilization of resources, team management, etc from LOI/date of deputation till handover and post handover reconciliations and close outs.
· Lead client meetings including project kick-off I review I closeout meetings and carry out all communication required for the project execution.
· Manage project controls including resource control to avoid wastage and cost control by ensuring bills are prepared and presented on time.
· Identify long lead items / potential bottle necks and take timely action to address the same




· Manage client/consultant relationship and ensure satisfaction as well as ensure harmonious working conditions and relationships in the site team
· Ensure that terms and conditions of contract, specifications, etc are adhered to by the site team.
· Identification of Non Tender Items and finalization of the same prior to execution of work.
· Ensuring quality of work and material being used in the activities

Qualification & Experience
• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering - 15+ years work experience in the Construction Industry including 5+ years as RCM / Site leader on relevant projects of value Rs. 20 cr and more
