Role Description This is a full-time, in office Digital Sales Executive role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, and managing the sales cycle for Linkworks.AI’s supply chain intelligence solutions. Day-to-day activities include engaging with leads via digital channels, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions,



and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, support campaigns, and provide feedback on customer needs. The Digital Sales Executive will also be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and represent the company at relevant events and meetings.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in digital or inside sales, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Ability to communicate complex AI or analytics solutions in clear, business-focused language.
Comfort with digital outreach methods, including email, social media, and virtual presentations.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills with a focus on consultative selling.
