Role Description This is a full-time, remote Performance Marketing Intern role The intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, assisting with performance testing, and compiling reports using analytics tools. The intern will help analyze data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and recommend actionable insights.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and maintaining clear documentation of campaign activities and results.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis to monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly report findings and recommendations.
Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Performance Management and Performance Testing in the context of digital marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (e.g., PPC, CTR, CPC, conversion funnels) and familiarity with marketing or analytics tools is beneficial.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work on-site in New Delhi in a structured, full-time environment.
