About the Role
We’re looking for a CPL Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery and performance of lead generation campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of publisher relationships, campaign performance, and business growth, ensuring campaigns consistently deliver the right balance of quality, volume, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CPL/CPA affiliate marketing, robust publisher relationships, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of CPL/CPA campaigns, from publisher onboarding and traffic activation to ongoing optimization and performance management.
Identify, evaluate, onboard,



and manage high-quality publishers and affiliates aligned with campaign objectives.
Build and maintain strong publisher relationships to ensure consistent traffic volume, lead quality, and long-term business growth.
Monitor campaign performance across volume, conversion rates, lead quality, payout, ROI, and profitability, and take timely optimization actions.
Analyze campaign and publisher-level data using Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
Work with tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, Affise, HasOffers, or similar affiliate tracking solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, traffic volumes, and campaign requirements with publishers and affiliates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign delivery, tracking, lead validation, and quality-related issues.
Identify and address fraudulent, low-quality, or non-compliant traffic to protect campaign performance and advertiser relationships.
