Role Description The Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves monitoring brand mentions across digital platforms, tracking reviews and feedback, and ensuring timely, thoughtful responses aligned with brand guidelines. The ORM Executive will analyze sentiment and trends, prepare regular reputation reports, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance brand perception.



Daily tasks include coordinating with client service and social media teams, drafting and refining response templates, supporting crisis management efforts, and contributing ideas to improve overall digital reputation strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for professional, brand-aligned responses and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to monitor online conversations, interpret sentiment, and identify emerging issues and opportunities.
