MM Activ is seeking a highly motivated and agile individual to join our Bengaluru team as a Conference Manager, with 7-10 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conferences and events to ensure their success and seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conference Conceptual Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans, including timelines, schedules, and logistical details. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to define and execute conference objectives and requirements.
· Program Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop conference agendas, speaker lineups, and session schedules. Ensure the alignment of the conference program with organizational goals.
· Speaker Research & Acquisition: Identify and secure top industry speakers for events, ensuring diverse and engaging content that resonates with audiences. Develop relationships and manage communication with speakers to align with event goals.
· Support Conference Promotion:



Work closely with the marcom team in developing strategies to promote conference and attract attendees. Create content for conference promotional material pre-and during event. Share timely event-related updates for Digital promotion
· On-Site Management: Plan and manage conference halls, speaker logistics, and general conduct of sessions and special programs. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the conference.
· Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the conference. Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
7-10 years proven experience in conference or event management.
Ability to develop innovative event concepts and formats.
Strong understanding of the conference and event industry, including current trends and best practices.
