Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The role involves helping organize training and coaching sessions, preparing documentation, and updating employee databases. The intern will contribute to HR communications,



support performance management initiatives, and assist in coordinating engagement activities in line with the company’s coaching and consulting programs. This is an internship role, based on-site at Blissfulminds Coaching and Consulting in Coimbatore. The intern will collaborate closely with HR and coaching teams, gaining practical exposure to people operations and talent development.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources practices, including recruitment support, onboarding assistance, and basic HR administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, team members, and clients professionally.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
