Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will drive B2B sales for lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry, focusing on building and expanding relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.



This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves prospecting current clients, managing key accounts, conducting product presentations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms to achieve revenue targets. The role includes preparing sales proposals, coordinating order fulfillment with operations teams, and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support. The Senior Sales Executive will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. The position also requires regular reporting on pipeline, conversions, and sales performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Strong B2B sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and account management.
Experience in the diamond, gemstone, or jewelry industry, with solid product knowledge of lab-grown and certified diamonds.
