About the Role
Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Tally, GST, GSTR-2A, TDS and Excel, along with a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience in a D2C or e-commerce company is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
Maintain and update ledgers for customers, vendors and other accounts.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills and other accounting documents.
Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
Work on GSTR-2A reconciliation and verification of Input Tax Credit (ITC).




Match purchase invoices with GST records and identify discrepancies.
Assist with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other GST-related activities.
Handle TDS calculation, deduction and related documentation.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor customer and vendor outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
Assist in monthly accounting closing and basic financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices, payments and GST-related queries.
Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.
Support the senior accounts team with other accounting and finance-related activities when required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.
Practical experience with GST is mandatory.
Practical experience with GSTR-2A reconciliat
