The heavy lifting of outbound runs on our platform and signal engine rather than on raw headcount. THE ROLE
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the human layer on top of our outbound engine. The platform and signal engine run the volume work. Your job is the part that needs real judgment, taking the prospects who engage and converting that interest into qualified, well-prepped meetings. This is a high-ownership seat where you work the conversations that matter, not a volume role.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Qualification: when the platform surfaces interest, you take it from a reply to a genuinely qualified prospect.
• The conversations that matter: handle the live calls and exchanges that need a human, with a
confident,



consultative presence. This is selective, high-value contact, not all-day cold calling.
• Meeting conversion: book, confirm, and prep qualified meetings so they show up and move forward.
• Account context: research accounts and decision-makers so every conversation is sharp and specific to their world.
• Feedback loop: feed what you learn from prospects back into the system so our targeting and
messaging keep getting better.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years as an SDR at a US-focused B2B SaaS company, with a track record of qualifying and
converting outbound interest into meetings.
• Strong communication: clear spoken and written English and a confident presence on live calls with US buyers, even though calling is not the bulk of the day.
• Sharp qualification instincts: good judgment about which conversations are real and how to move them forward.
• Comfort with technology: you are happy work
