We are looking for an Audit Manager to take ownership of the company’s internal audit, financial controls, risk management, and compliance processes. The role will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen controls, identify operational and financial risks, improve processes, and ensure the business operates with appropriate governance as it scales.
Lead the internal audit and risk assessment of financial, operational, and technology-driven business processes.
Review accounting, revenue, expenses, payments, refunds, collections, and other financial transactions for accuracy and control effectiveness.
Design and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, approval processes, and risk-control frameworks.

What We’re Looking For




Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strongly preferred.
Prior experience in internal audit, statutory audit, risk advisory, controllership, or financial controls.
Experience with a startup, technology company, online platform, or service-based business is preferred.
Robust understanding of accounting, financial controls, audit methodology, and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to independently identify issues, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to work hands-on rather than operate purely as a reviewer.
