Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Civil Trainer to join our Jaipur team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in Civil Engineering/CAD-related software and helping students develop industry-relevant technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Civil Engineering students.
Train students on relevant Civil CAD software and tools.
Explain concepts through practical examples, projects, and assignments.
Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments.
Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in completing projects and developing industry-ready skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in the Civil Engineering industry.
Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.




Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts.
Good command of AutoCAD and other relevant Civil/CAD software.
Knowledge of Revit Architecture, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or related software will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Strong student-handling and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience as a Civil Trainer, Faculty, Civil Designer, or Civil Engineer will be preferred.
