Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Analyze business and technical requirements to define appropriate testing approaches.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Validate applications against defined requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
Perform API and integration testing where required.
Conduct test execution and maintain detailed test evidence and reports.
Support test automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency.
Ensure solutions meet required quality, performance, security, and usability standards.
Prepare testing status reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.




Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Robust understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts.
Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
Understanding of SQL/database testing.
Experience with test management and defect tracking.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Knowledge of performance/load testing tools such as JMeter.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps testing prac
