Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day management of The Plain Bagel’s social media presence across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others as needed. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media content calendars, drafting and posting content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to refine strategy. The role involves community management, including responding to comments and messages,



engaging with followers, and supporting brand reputation. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with content creators and other team members to align social media output with overall content goals and brand voice, and will stay current on platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts and improving engagement metrics.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy for social channels, including planning campaigns and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
Comfort with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to inform content decisions and report performance.
