We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who can take ownership of project execution, coordinate with architects and consultants, and ensure that construction is carried out with high standards of quality, safety, planning and workmanship.

About the Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall execution and technical supervision of assigned projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in residential construction, particularly premium bungalows, villas and multi-storey buildings, and should be comfortable taking independent decisions at site.
You will work closely with the Directors, Architects,



Structural Consultants, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered as per approved drawings, specifications, budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities-
1. Project Execution
Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day execution of assigned construction projects.
Plan and monitor construction activities according to project schedules.
Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate all major civil and finishing activities from foundation to handover.
Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractor deployment.
2. Site & Technical Management
Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, external development and finishing works.
Review structural and architectural drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
