About the Role :
You'll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Skydo's growth engine across digital channels, building scalable acquisition systems and driving measurable growth across the funnel.
What you will do:
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Own and manage paid budgets, protecting ROI and cost efficiency.
Track and report CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and funnel conversion, and act on the numbers.
Design A/B and creative testing frameworks to lift performance.
Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Product,
and Sales to align campaigns with business goals.
Explore and scale new channels, ad formats, and growth hacks.
You’re a good fit if you have:
Performance marketing experience at a high-growth startup.
A Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution such as IIT, BITS, or an equivalent top-tier college, with a solid academic record.
Strong expertise across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
Advanced skills in analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
A strong grasp of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
The ability to manage and scale large budgets efficiently.
Hands-on with A/B testing, funnel and landing page optimisation.
A numbers-first mindset, at home in dashboards and reports.
