Description of Role
This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders and colleagues to drive people strategies aligned with organizational goals. The incumbent will support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and provide guidance on people-related matters.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Support employee engagement programs and drive a positive employee experience across the business.
Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations where required, and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze people metrics and provide meaningful insights to nosiness leaders.
Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes,



and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular connect sessions with employees and managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring HR deliverables are completed within defined timelines.

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 10-15 years of HR Business Partner experience.
Experience supporting business leaders in a rapid-paced service or healthcare/BPO environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and engagement practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
Excellent planning, organizing, and execution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to interpret HR metrics and derive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating effectively across team
