We are looking for an experienced Module Lead – .NET who can take ownership of critical product modules and lead the technical delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
Role Overview
As a Module Lead – .NET, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical ownership of assigned ZingHR product modules. You will work closely with Product, Business, QA, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, design solutions, guide development, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality and timely releases.




The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, experience with enterprise applications and APIs, and proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Module Ownership
Own the end-to-end development and delivery of assigned ZingHR modules.
Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design application architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical components.
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using C# and .NET.
Drive development using ASP.NET Web API, MVC, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies.
Work on Microservices, SOA, API Gateway, and enterprise application architectures.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and provide appropriate solutions.
Participate in technical feasibility analysis and contribute to product and technology roadmaps.
