Role Description The BDE – Digital Services role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, engaging potential clients through calls, meetings, and digital presentations, and promoting Value4Brand’s digital marketing and online reputation management services. The Business Development Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to propose customized digital solutions and competitive pricing. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, maintaining sales pipelines and CRM records, following up on leads, supporting negotiations, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets. The role also requires staying updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present digital services clearly and confidently.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, client requirements, and campaign performance for business growth.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle queries professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding to work with budgets, pricing, and ROI-focused proposals.
Relevant experience in business development or sales for digital marketing, IT services, or advertising agencies is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work toward targets in a fast-paced environment are advantageous.
