Job Requirements*
Proven experience in macOS support in an enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in JAMF Pro administration and scripting.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM concepts.
Positive understanding of networking, VPN, and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities*
Provide Level 2/3 support for macOS devices across the enterprise.
Deploy, configure, and manage Mac systems using JAMF Pro.
Create and maintain policies, configuration profiles, and scripts in JAMF.
Perform software packaging, patch management, and OS upgrades.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac devices.
Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.
Collaborate with Windows and network teams for cross-platform support.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Train end-users on Mac usage and best practices.
