About Biizline
Biizline is a B2B order management platform used by Indian MSME manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. It replaces the WhatsApp-and-Excel mess with one digital order book. Our customers are factory owners and distributors, not IT teams. Most prefer Gujarati or Hindi and expect answers on WhatsApp, not on a support ticket portal.

The role
You are the voice of Biizline for these owners. You will handle their questions, unblock them inside the app, and make sure they keep using it after day one. This is not a script-reading job. You will be talking to business owners about their live orders, so accuracy and follow-through matter more than politeness.

What you will do
Answer customer queries on WhatsApp, phone and email within our response time targets
Guide MSME owners and their staff through the app — placing orders, adding buyers, catalogue, offers, reports
Run onboarding calls for new accounts and make sure their first order goes live
Reproduce reported issues, log them clearly for the product team, and follow up until closed




Track every conversation in our system — no untracked chats
Spot customers who have gone quiet and reach out before they churn
Report recurring problems and feature requests back to the founders weekly

Who you are
1–3 years in customer support, customer success, telecalling or inside sales — B2B or SaaS preferred
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Working English for written communication
Comfortable explaining software to someone who has never used software
Patient with repeat questions, firm on facts, honest when something is broken
Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and any CRM or ticketing tool
Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate

Valuable to have
Exposure to Tally, Zoho, Vyapar, Marg or similar tools used by Indian MSMEs
Experience supporting non-technical, first-time software users
Experience in a startup where the process was not yet built
