About Satleo labs
Satleo Labs is an Ahmedabad-based SpaceTech company building a next-generation Earth Observation constellation focused on Thermal + Multispectral satellite imaging. Our mission is “Thermal Vision for a Smarter Planet” using satellite-based thermal intelligence and AI/ML analytics to create actionable insights for Agriculture, Climate & Environment, Urban Development, Disaster Management, Utilities and Defence. We are now looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Market Development professional to join our growing team and help take Satleo's technology to customers and partners across India and international markets.

What will you do?
This is a founding commercial role where you will have the opportunity to build Satleo's business development function from the ground up.

Business Development
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the Geospatial, Earth Observation and Satellite Data ecosystem.
• Engage with downstream companies, technology companies, system integrators and potential end customers.




• Understand customer requirements and translate them into potential Satleo solutions.
• Develop and manage the business-development pipeline from initial engagement to pilots, proposals and commercial opportunities.
• Support customer presentations, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, pilot projects and commercial discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and ecosystem stakeholders.

Market Development
• Research emerging applications and markets for thermal satellite imagery and geospatial intelligence.
• Identify new use cases across agriculture, urban heat, climate, disaster management, utilities, defence and other sectors.
• Track competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
• Work closely with Satleo's founders, technology and product teams to convert market feedback into current products and applications.
