Role Description The Manager - HR (Payroll & Compliance) is a full time, on-site position based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, statutory deductions, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.



Day-to-day activities include maintaining employee records, coordinating with finance on payroll inputs, monitoring attendance and leave systems, and handling queries related to compensation and benefits. The manager will oversee HR policies related to payroll and compliance, support audits, manage statutory filings (such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other regional requirements), and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards. The role also involves supporting employee relations, guiding managers on HR procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in handling payroll and compliance functions.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Employee Relations, including statutory benefits, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
