Role Description The Collections Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gopalganj. The Collections Manager will oversee the collections process, manage a team of collection executives, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring collection performance, reviewing delinquent accounts, implementing collection strategies, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role involves coordinating with internal departments,



resolving customer queries related to payments and settlements, and escalating complex cases when needed. The Collections Manager will also contribute to process improvements, training staff on best practices, and maintaining a professional and ethical approach to collections activities.
Qualifications

Robust skills in collections management, credit control, and recovery processes, with the ability to design and implement effective collection strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of basic office and financial software to track performance and maintain accurate documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to engage with customers and guide team members effectively.
Experience in team leadership, including supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching of collection staff.
