Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads,



present DGAS Skyworld’s messaging and communication solutions, and convert opportunities into sales. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, supporting account management activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communication. The Inside Sales Representative will also contribute to sales targets, participate in sales meetings, and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
