Role Description The Highway Engineer will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Delhi, India, contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of highway and road infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed highway designs, assisting with civil engineering design tasks, and supporting feasibility and prefeasibility studies for new and existing corridors. The role involves coordinating, reviewing drawings and technical documents, performing design calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant national and international standards. The Highway Engineer will also participate in site visits,



support project documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project timelines, quality, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Highway Design and Highway Engineering.
Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design for roadway and related infrastructure.
Candidates should possess experience in Feasibility Studies and prefeasibility assessments.
Candidates should possess exposure to Infrastructure Projects and multidisciplinary project environments.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering
Familiarity with relevant design codes, standards, and guidelines (national and international).
Proficiency with highway design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX or similar tools).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills
