Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end direct tax compliance, including income tax returns, advance tax, TDS/TCS, tax provisioning, and reconciliations of Form 26AS, AIS, TRACES, and tax ledgers.
Oversee tax accounting under Ind AS, including current and deferred tax computations, quarterly and annual provisions, and coordination with statutory and internal auditors.
Handle tax assessments, audits, investigations, litigation, appeals, and contingent liability reporting, in coordination with tax consultants, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
Manage GST compliance and governance, including return filings, ITC reconciliation and optimisation, GST health checks, transaction reviews, assessments, and representation before authorities.
Oversee Customs, SEZ, import-export, and foreign trade compliances, including duty optimisation, RoDTEP, drawback, EPCG, cross-border paym
