MergeKart is looking for an Etsy-focused E-commerce Executive who understands how to do more than just upload products. We’re looking for someone who can manage, optimise and grow Etsy stores across categories such as jewellery, gemstones, décor and other e-commerce products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Etsy stores end-to-end, including listings, catalogue, inventory and day-to-day operations.
Conduct Etsy keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Analyse listing performance including impressions, visits, CTR, favourites, conversion and sales.
Identify underperforming listings and take regular optimisation actions.
Work on Etsy Ads, discounts, coupons, offers and promotional strategies.
Analyse successful competitor stores, bestselling products, pricing and listing strategies.
Optimise product images, listing videos and overall product presentation in coordination with the creative team.
Monitor orders, reviews, customer messages and overall account health.
Build strategies to improve organic visibility, conversion and revenue.




Prepare weekly performance reports with transparent insights and next actions.

What We're Looking For
1+ years of hands-on Etsy experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and marketplace operations.
Experience managing Etsy stores where you can demonstrate growth/results, not just listing uploads.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and performance data.
Understanding of Etsy Ads and promotional tools.
Jewellery, gemstone, handicraft or home décor experience would be a strong advantage.
Good written English and attention to detail.
Someone who is analytical, proactive and growth-oriented.

We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to uploading products on Etsy.
We want someone who can look at an account and answer:
Why aren't these products getting visibility or sales, and what should we change to improve them?
